The hotel offers both comfort and inconvenience. The rooms are clean and comfortable, yet noise disrupted our sleep until the early hours of the morning. The expansive and functional room with plenty of amenities was a plus. The service was consistently polite and helpful, meeting needs to the fullest. The location is convenient for the exhibition but questionable overall. The dining was excellent with attentive staff but lacked variety. Overall, a mix of positive and negative experiences.
I had a great stay at the hotel. The room was comfortable and fulfilled my request for a high floor and quiet location. The lounge access was convenient for informal meetings. The service was exceptional, with every staff member going out of their way to assist me. The location was perfect, next to a mall and offering plenty of dining options. The dining experience was amazing, with a variety of delicious dishes to choose from.
I found the hotel to be a mixed experience. On the positive side, the rooms were airy and spacious, making it great for informal meetings in the lounge. However, I was a bit disappointed that our room lacked some amenities. Despite that, the room was very spacious.
Our stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The room, although not fully equipped as expected, was quiet and located on a high floor away from the lifts as we requested. However, it fell short of being a true Suite Room. The service was exceptional, with the staff being hospitable without being overly subservient. The location was convenient, situated between two malls and offering easy access to various amenities nearby. On the downside, the dining options were somewhat limited and poorly managed at times.
